What took me so long getting around to this CMS upgrade task? Working on three sites, not just this one. The speed and I thought somewhat clumsy and careless way with which the Joomla! "core developers" had planned and executed their "upgrade plan." The plan began in 2011 with the release of their Joomla! version 6.0.
